When he was taken into police custody, officers indicated that the teen “had glassy and bloodshot eyes along with a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and slurred speech….” The teen now faces charges related to the driving offenses (including laying drags, driving with no headlights, driving with no tail lights, attempting to elude police, etc.) and driving under the influence offenses.
